My PAL-ate did not particularly care for the PALomino I recently tried in my quest for the century mark. I found it to be harsh, over the top of the mineral scale, and the little fruit I did get was excessively tart. Has anybody else here tried a Palomino that they liked? To be fair, this was a blend with Chardonnay. Wondering if you've had a 100% Palomino that you can recommend?

You might instead try PALmina :) I believe I liked the Arneis and the Tocai Friulano. They grow some other interesting varietals so a trip to the Lompoc wine ghetto might help you check some more of your list.

Jessyca - thank you! I will definitely check out Palmina and hopefully my palate and Palmina will become pals! I have not added Arneis or Tocai Friulano to my list so I'm on it! Thanks again!!
