Going at the varietals alphabetically

I have decided that I'm going to tackle this whole Wine Century Club thing with serious gusto - alphabetically. I am a methodical person, I like to check things off lists, and this list just happens to be in alphabetical order.

Starting with Aglianico!

Can anybody recommend a good Aglianico for a Century Club aspirer like myself? Where are you starting in your Century Club quest? Lets all hit Aglianico together if nobody objects.

I ordered two - so maybe the next time I'm in town, I can bring one. I think Bin Ends Wine & Domaine 547 will be good outlets to use for varietals not so close to home. Actually I'm not all that methodical. . . incredible coincidence is way closer. @binendswine tweeted a great deal, it happened to be Aglianico. I also bought Friulano and Gruner Veltliner!; ▶ Reply to This

This sounds fun! I have also been pondering a method for tasting the myriad of varietals... I like this! I'll be on the lookout for Aglianico as well, but if you hit anything particularly interesting let me know.
